Our Staff are fully qualified, enthusiastic with a caring approach. We have a Pre-school Leader, Deputy Leader and Pre-school Assistants daily within our setting along with a trainee who regularly joins us. We have at least three members of staff working each day. Our staff hold First Aid, Food & Hygiene also Safe Guarding Children certificates and further staff training is encouraged. Our staff has various levels of training in Early Years Practice & NVQ qualifications. Staff training is continuous to keep up to date with current best practice.

From time to time there may be a student helping out at the pre-school, as part of their education process –all parents are notified about this in advance.
Pre-School Leader
Allie Turner Cert FD (open)
NVQ 3 Early Years Care & Education,
Child Development GCSE A, City & Guilds Work with Parents Award Level 3
Certificate in Early Years Practice (Level 4)
Early Years Foundation Degree (Grade 2 Pass, Level 5)
Accredited SEN training. Allie is the designated member of staff to liase with child protection agencies and is the Special Educational Needs Coordinator.
Allie is also the group's Equal Opportunities & Positive Approach to Behaviour Co-ordinator.
Allie is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage throughout our pre-school. Allie has considerable experience working in childcare and has worked with babies through to children up to the age of 8 years old, since leaving college at the age of 18. Before joining our setting Allie's previous experiences came from her years as a nanny, having worked in this country and aboard. Allie joined our setting in April 2004, as a special needs one-to-one assistant and special needs co-coordinator. Allie became the Deputy of our setting in 2006 and our leader in 2009.
